The Role
We are looking for a Senior Broadcast & Systems Integration Engineer to lead the integration of advanced technologies into our production and broadcast workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and optimize broadcast and production workflows
- Lead integration of AI, automation, and new media technologies
- Manage end-to-end system implementation with zero downtime
- Coordinate across engineering, IT, and editorial teams
- Oversee testing (UAT), documentation, and training
- Integrate broadcast systems, APIs, and vendor solutions
- Manage IP networks, streaming, cloud distribution, CDN & DRM
- Drive automation (AI tools, n8n, Python)
- Ensure VOD workflows, metadata, QC, and content delivery excellence
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in live environments
What We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in broadcast systems (SDI, SMPTE 2110, NDI) and media workflows
- Solid knowledge of IP networking, streaming, cloud, CDN, DRM
- Experience with VOD (SVOD/AVOD), metadata, EPG, subtitles, QC
- Familiarity with databases, JSON/XML, transcoding, storage systems
- Experience with Python, APIs, and automation tools (e.g. n8n)
- Comfortable in Windows & Linux environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Passion for both broadcast engineering and emerging technologies
Nice to Have
- Experience in a TV station, media company, or VOD platform
